Sometimes parts on vehicles simply wear out, but other times, the part was defective from the get-go. In cases like the latter, a recall will be sent out on that model and years that have the defective part. If this happens to you, then you'll want to know what to do. At Campbell Chevrolet, we're happy to teach you more about the recall process.

The first thing that will happen is that you'll receive a letter in the mail informing you that you have a defective part on your vehicle that's being recalled. Then, you'll bring it into our dealership so that we can replace the faulty part.

And if you're concerned that you won't be able to pay the bill, don't worry about it. Any time a vehicle is recalled, you'll never pay the bill. Instead, the manufacturer pays for it. In fact, we don't even need any credit information from you.
